Permission sources

  • Automatic synchronization when roles change
Super Admin protection

Preserve primary administrator access.

Multiple safeguards prevent the installation from being left without an active Super Admin.

  • Last active Super Admin cannot be deactivated
  • Last active Super Admin cannot be deleted
  • Last Super Admin protected from losing the role
  • Super Admin management reserved for Super Admins
Account protection

Prevent dangerous actions on your own account.

A logged-in user cannot perform certain actions that would immediately remove their own access.

  • Cannot deactivate own account
  • Cannot delete own account
  • Additional protection for logged-in Super Admin
Business traceability

Preserve users involved in business operations.

SUIGEST360 detects whether a user is referenced in the company business history.

  • Document creator
  • User who updated a document
  • Validator
  • Approver
  • Preparer
  • Delivery user
  • User who cancelled or restored an operation
  • Automatic deletion protection
When a user has business history, deactivate the account instead of deleting it.
Deletion

Delete only accounts without history.

Deletion is strongly protected to preserve document integrity and traceability.

  • Delete permission required
  • Cannot delete own account
  • Last active Super Admin protected
  • Cannot delete a user with business activity
  • Deletion only possible for a user without business history
  • Roles detached before deletion
