Record products removed from a warehouse for internal use or because they are damaged, with available stock controls and complete traceability of inventory movements.

Record a physical inventory exit.

Each Stock Exit physically reduces quantities in the selected warehouse and creates the corresponding inventory movements.

Creation

Create a new stock exit.

A Stock Exit requires a type, warehouse, date and at least one product.

Automatically generate the reference.

Exit types

Identify the reason for the inventory exit.

Two exit types are available to properly classify the inventory reduction.

  • Damaged Product Exit

Warehouse

Select the affected warehouse.

Quantities are removed only from the warehouse selected in the document.

Add products to remove from inventory.

Each line contains a product, quantity and optional note.

Stock validation

Validate available quantities.

SUIGEST360 validates server-side that every requested quantity actually exists in the selected warehouse.

  • Blocked when inventory is insufficient
  • Affected product identified in validation message
  • Available quantity displayed in validation message
The Stock Exit is not created if any requested line exceeds available stock.
Inventory impact

Physically decrease inventory.

Saving the document decrements quantities in the selected warehouse.

  • Stock decreased for every product
  • Total quantity calculated automatically
  • No inventory entry created
  • Company global inventory quantity decreases

Trace every inventory exit.

Each product creates a stock movement corresponding to the selected exit type.

Deletion

Stock Exits cannot be deleted.
