Creation

Create a new warehouse.

Only the warehouse name is required. All other information is optional.

Numbering

Automatically generate the warehouse code.

SUIGEST360 assigns a unique code during warehouse creation.

Manager

Assign an inventory manager.

A warehouse can be associated with a responsible user.

  • Optional manager
  • Users with stock_manager role only

Default warehouse

Define the primary warehouse.

Only one warehouse can be marked as the default warehouse at a time.

  • Optional setting
  • One default warehouse at a time
  • Selecting another default automatically clears the previous default

Status

Activate or deactivate a warehouse.

Each warehouse has a status indicating whether it should be available for operations.

View complete warehouse information.

The warehouse profile combines general information, stock indicators and movement history.

Indicators

Immediately analyze warehouse inventory.

SUIGEST360 automatically calculates several indicators from warehouse quantities and movements.

Inventory value

Measure warehouse inventory value.

Inventory value is calculated from product quantities and purchase prices.

Inventory value = sum of product quantities × purchase prices.
Alerts

Identify low stock and out-of-stock products.

The warehouse profile compares product quantities with their minimum stock levels.

  • Out of Stock when quantity is less than or equal to zero
  • Low Stock when quantity is positive and at or below minimum stock
  • Total alert count displayed in KPIs

Trace warehouse activity.

The warehouse profile displays stock movements from newest to oldest.
